Mary Scarcello
Owner|Pilates Instructor
A lifelong learner who has always enjoyed movement, Mary was drawn to functional movement teaching because of its unique ability to identify and strengthen muscular imbalances. Mary is a Yamuna Body rolling and Foot Fitness practitioner, holds a comprehensive STOTT PILATES certification, and a Balanced Body Corealign certification. She has completed numerous specialty trainings including Fascial fitnessbreast cancer rehabilitation and Pilates for Neurological Conditions.
Jill Andrews
Barre & Pilates Instructor
Jill fell in love with fitness and movement as a child. She trained at the School of Russian Ballet in Bermuda, where she performed for six seasons. Today, she remains passionate about promoting movement for children as the Director of the Young Children's Division of Capital City Dance Center. Jill has completed STOTT PILATES mat, barre and equipment training as well as Injuries and Special Populations training.

Lisa Lewis
Pilates Instructor
Lisa became a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor in 2006 and an Instructor Trainer for Merrithew® in 2011. She is an ISCA certified personal trainer, TRX trained, a certified breast cancer exercise specialist, and trained in Pilates for Neurological Conditions. Lisa enjoys working with a wide range of Pilates clients; from those recovering from surgery to highly conditioned athletes.
Jon Royal
Unlimited Breath
Jon Royal is a Teacher and Master Practitioner of Unlimited Body and Unlimited Breath since 1997. He has an insatiable drive to better understand people and how to help them achieve their potential, and has spent the last twenty plus years traveling extensively nationally and internationally as a teacher, practitioner, presenter and entrepreneur.
Jon has studied numerous systems of healing, personal development and spirituality; working with healers and teachers from Australia, Bali, Canada, Denmark, England, France, Italy, Ireland, Spain, Sweden, Tibet and the United States.
